We headed south to Geneva for our planned visit with our walking group buddy, Trish, and her husband John. They are living in Geneva for 8 months while John does research with colleagues. They were great hosts and we wandered all over the city with Trish.Upon approaching the city, I thought the fire boats might be practicing due to the big water spray in the harbor. I later found out that it was Geneva's jet d'eau (which Trish likens to Seattle's space needle). We walked the waterfront enjoying the public art, the blooming flowers and the company.
